Delete your QuestSync account
How to erase your account and the data attached to it.
From the app
- Open QuestSync and sign in.
- Tap your avatar to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
If your session has been open a long time, the app asks you to sign in again first. Sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, picture and avatar.
- Your membership of every group.
- Your availability and your poll votes, in each group.
- Your sign-in credentials, whether Google or e-mail.
What remains
- Groups with other people carry on. If you owned one, it passes to another member; if you were the only member, it is deleted with you.
- Games you scheduled stay on the group's agenda, without your name.
- An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it under Subscriptions in Google Play.
- Crash reports, carrying neither name nor e-mail, for up to 90 days.
Already uninstalled the app?
Write to delete@questsync.app from the same address you sign in to QuestSync with. The account is deleted within 30 days and you get a confirmation by e-mail.
Excluir sua conta do QuestSync
Como apagar sua conta e os dados ligados a ela.
Para excluir sua conta QuestSync, abra o app, toque no seu avatar para abrir o Perfil, role até o fim e toque em Excluir conta. Depois digite EXCLUIR para confirmar. Isso apaga seu perfil, sua participação em todos os grupos, e sua disponibilidade e seus votos dentro deles.
Grupos com outras pessoas continuam existindo sem você, e uma assinatura ativa não é cancelada pela exclusão da conta — cancele em Assinaturas na Google Play. Se você já desinstalou o app, escreva para delete@questsync.app do mesmo e-mail que usa para entrar, e a conta é apagada em até 30 dias.
